The offer, managed by Choice Capital and Bigshare Services, opens on May 19, 2026, and closes on June 02, 2026, with a maximum consideration of ₹16.12 crore, funded by the acquirer's own resources.
The acquisition, which includes a change of control for the stockbroking company, received prior BSE and SEBI approval on May 08, 2026, and is not conditional on minimum acceptance.
