Aditya Birla Capital allotted 272,002 equity shares under two employee stock option schemes on 12 May 2026.
The allotment increases paid-up equity share capital from ₹2,620.54 crore to ₹2,620.81 crore.
All newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares of the company.
The allotment was approved by the company's Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
