Key Terms and Conditions

Vesting period: Minimum 1 year, maximum 5 years from grant date (increased from 4 years in previous scheme)
Exercise price:
Options: Market price (closing price one day prior to grant date)
PSUs: Face value of equity shares (₹10) on grant date
Exercise period: Commences from vesting date, not more than 5 years from respective vesting dates
Valuation method: Fair Value Method as per SEBI regulations
Shares issued: Fresh allotment upon exercise (dilution route)
