Key Details of Annual General Meeting

The 129th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 27th July 2026 at 03:00 P.M. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. The proceedings will be deemed to be conducted at the Company's registered office: Century Bhavan, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai 400 030.

Dividend Recommendation and Approval

The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 06th May 2026, recommended a dividend of ₹2.50 (Rupees Two & Paisa fifty Only) per equity share of face value ₹10 each, which represents a 25% dividend. This recommendation is subject to approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming 129th AGM.

Book Closure Period

For the purpose of determining eligibility for the dividend payment, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Wednesday, 15th July 2026 to Monday, 27th July 2026 (both days inclusive).

Record Date

The record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive the dividend is Tuesday, 14th July 2026.

Dividend Payment Timeline

Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on 27th July 2026, the dividend will be paid on or after Thursday, 30th July 2026. The payment is subject to deduction of tax at source.

  • Payment to beneficial owners (dematerialized shares) will be made based on data provided by NSDL and CDSL as of the close of business on the record date (14th July 2026).
  • Payment to members holding physical shares will be made after processing valid transmission or transposition requests received by the Company or its Registrar, MUFG In time India Private Limited, by the close of business on the record date (14th July 2026).
