Aditya Birla Real Estate appoints Singhi & Co as statutory auditor for five years from FY2027 to FY2031.
The appointment replaces outgoing auditor SRBC & Co LLP whose second term concludes at the 129th AGM.
The board approved the appointment on May 6, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
Singhi & Co is ICAI peer-reviewed and serves over 150 listed entities, ranking as India's 7th largest firm.
