Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC 32nd AGM and Dividend Record Date

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

The dividend payment is contingent upon shareholder approval at the AGM. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM and will be subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.
