Event Overview

The 32nd Annual General Meeting of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited was held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 11:00 am (IST) through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting was conducted in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Listing Regulations, and MCA circulars.

Meeting Proceedings

Mrs. Vishakha Mulye, Non-Executive Director, was appointed as the Chairperson of the Meeting.
