TDS Information for FY 2025-26 Dividend

Pursuant to Finance Act, 2020 and applicable provisions of the Income-tax Act, 2025:

  • Dividend income will be taxable in the hands of shareholders
  • Company is required to deduct tax at source from dividend paid at prescribed rates
  • TDS rate varies depending on residential status and documents submitted
