Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited disclosed ESOP allotment of 290,148 equity shares approved by its Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
The allotment increased paid-up equity share capital from ₹144.40 crore to ₹144.55 crore, adding 290,148 shares to the total count.
Disclosure was made pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations (Regulation 30) regarding employee stock option scheme exercise.
