Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC allotted 60,252 equity shares under its ESOP Scheme 2021 on July 14, 2026.
The allotment increased the company's paid-up share capital from ₹144.60 Cr to ₹144.63 Cr.
The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company.
