Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC allotted 78,697 equity shares under its ESOP Scheme 2021 on May 20, 2026.
The allotment increased paid-up equity capital from ₹144.55 crore to ₹144.59 crore.
New shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and have a face value of ₹5 each.
