Adline Chem Lab Limited appointed Ms. Gokani Gopika Mukesh as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective April 02, 2026.
The appointment fills the vacancy created by the resignation of previous Company Secretary Ms. Akshita Khandelwal effective August 14, 2025.
Ms. Gokani Gopika Mukesh (ACS-76662) is an Associate Member of ICSI and will also serve as Key Managerial Personnel under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
