Admach Systems Limited has received a purchase order from a domestic customer in the steel industry valued at ₹501.50 lakhs (including GST) for the supply of a two roll straightening machine.

Significant Terms and Conditions

• Payment Terms: 10% of the supply basic order value as advance payment; 80% payment with full GST against Proforma Invoice and Factory Acceptance Testing; 10% paid after successful commissioning of equipment
• Delivery Timeline: Delivery should be completed within 9 months from the date of purchase order or advance payment, whichever is later
• Customer Relationship: No promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order
• Related Party Transaction: The order does not fall within related party transactions
