Redesignation: Mr. Vinayak M. Bhide has been redesignated as Chief Compliance Officer and Company Secretary. This change is due to internal restructuring of responsibilities and rationalization of portfolios. The company placed on record its sincere appreciation for his contribution and services rendered in his previous capacity as Head - HR.
Appointment: Ms. Pradnya Nitin Iyer has been appointed as Head - HR of the company, effective 13th August, 2026. Her appointment is on a full-time employment basis.
