Adroit Infotech Limited has intimated the BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange Limited of an upcoming Board of Directors meeting.
The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 4th August, 2026, at 4:00 PM. It will be held at the Registered Office of the Company.
The Board is scheduled to meet, inter-alia, for the following purposes:
- To approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
- To discuss any other matter as may be decided by the Board.
Pursuant to the "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated persons and immediate Relatives" under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window for the company has been closed.
The closure is effective from 1st July 2026 and will remain closed until the conclusion of 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
