ADS Diagnostic Limited has issued an advance intimation to BSE Limited regarding the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books. The closure period is from Wednesday, 23rd September 2026 to Monday, 28th September 2026 (both days inclusive).
The purpose of this closure is twofold: for the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 29th September 2026 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means, and for ascertaining the entitlement of members to the Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26, if it is declared at the AGM.
Additionally, Tuesday, 22nd September 2026 has been fixed as the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to cast their vote by remote e-voting or e-voting at the AGM.
