Project Context and Rationale

The commissioning is part of the J2 Greenfield Terminal Project at Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNPA). This project follows a Framework Agreement between Aegis Logistics Limited and Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited executed on November 05, 2025, for construction and development of Greenfield Terminals at JNPA.

Transfer Arrangement

The commissioned LPG bottling plant will be subsequently transferred to Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL). The Company will intimate stock exchanges about this transfer separately.
