Aegis Logistics Consents Ammonia Terminal Assignment to ATPL

Aegis Logistics Board approved consent for assignment of Pipavav Ammonia terminal rights to Aegis Terminal (Pipavav) Limited (ATPL).
The 36,000 MT static capacity Ammonia terminal at Pipavav Port will transfer from Aegis Logistics to ATPL, a subsidiary of AVTL.
A separate Business Transfer Agreement with ATPL will be executed upon project completion; deal details to follow per SEBI LODR.
