Aegis Logistics Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulation 30. The company executed a Framework Agreement with its subsidiary, Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL), on August 06, 2026.
