Aegis Vopak Appoints Sukumar Nandi Head of National Operations

Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited has made a disclosure to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited regarding changes in senior management responsibilities, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company announced that Mr. Sukumar Nandi, who is currently classified as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, will take over additional responsibilities as the Head of the National Operations Division (NOD) with effect from July 01, 2026. His current designation remains unchanged, and he will continue to be classified as Senior Management Personnel.
