Aequs Appoints Ravi Assudani as Engineering Head

Aequs Limited appointed Mr. Ravi Kumar Assudani as Head of Engineering – Consumer Business and Senior Management Personnel effective May 11, 2026.
Mr. Assudani brings 16 years of manufacturing experience from Apple Inc., with expertise in global tooling and supply chain management.
The appointment was approved by the Board via circular resolution based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation.
