Aeroflex Acquires Additional 4% Stake in MRO

Aeroflex Enterprises acquired 1.03 lakh shares for Rs 5.58 crore, increasing stake in subsidiary M.R. Organisation to 68%.
The transaction is the third tranche of a Share Purchase Agreement executed at Rs 539.50 per share.
M.R. Organisation reported Rs 78.25 crore consolidated turnover in March 2025 with presence in 75 countries.
Acquisition is a related party transaction executed on arm's length basis with no regulatory approvals required.
