• Aeroflex Neu Limited has completed the acquisition of an aggregate 7,27,040 equity shares in Stilonn Valves and Controls Private Limited
• The acquisition was executed through a combination of purchase of equity shares from existing shareholders pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement and subscription to additional equity shares pursuant to the Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement
• Consequent to the acquisition, the Company's aggregate shareholding in Stilonn stands at 51.01% of its issued and paid-up equity share capital
• Stilonn has become a subsidiary of Aeroflex Neu Limited as a result of this acquisition
• The acquisition forms part of the Company's initiative in the AI Infra and Data Centre sector to establish an integrated platform for high-tech and critical engineering solutions
• The transaction was completed with reference to the company's earlier intimation dated October 15, 2026 regarding the proposed acquisition
