Aerolloy Technologies, wholly owned subsidiary of PTC Industries, completed installation and successful trials of a 4500/5100 Tonne Intelligent Open Die Forging System at Lucknow.
The system enables forging of Titanium, Superalloys, and advanced high-performance alloys for aeroengines, defence platforms, space systems, and industrial gas turbines.
Combined with existing VIM and VAR 400 furnaces, PTC and Aerolloy now operate a fully integrated melting-casting-forging aerospace supply chain, one of the most comprehensive globally.
This capability strengthens India's import substitution in aerospace-grade forgings and positions Aerolloy to compete in domestic and global markets worth billions of dollars annually.
