Afcom Holdings Limited has executed a letter of intent (LOI) with The Boeing Company for the acquisition of up to four (4) Boeing 777-8F Freighter Aircraft. The LOI is subject to the finalization of definitive documents between the parties. The company will make further disclosures as required under SEBI Listing Regulations when material developments occur, including the execution of a definitive purchase agreement if any. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
