Afcons Re-appoints Kishore Bhatia as Cost Auditor

Afcons Infrastructure Limited's Board re-appointed M/s. Kishore Bhatia & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
The re-appointment was approved on May 18, 2026, based on the recommendation of the company's Audit Committee.
Remuneration payment is subject to ratification by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
