Key Personnel Change
Mr. Aman Abhishek has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is classified as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).
Effective Date of Cessation
He shall be relieved from the services of the Company effective from the closing of business hours on 19th June, 2026.
Reason for Resignation
As per his resignation letter dated 18th June, 2026, Mr. Abhishek is resigning to pursue career opportunities outside the Organisation.

Required Filings
The resigning CFO has requested the company to arrange submission of necessary forms with the Registrar of Companies and intimate the stock exchanges to give effect to this resignation.
