Agilent, BaseSolve Launch US NGS Co-Marketing

Agilent Technologies and BaseSolve Informatics signed a U.S.-only co‑marketing agreement to deliver an integrated NGS workflow solution.
The offering combines Agilent’s genomics instruments and reagents (SureSelect, Avida, Magnis, NGS Bravo, TapeStation, etc.) with BaseSolve’s AUGMET™ bioinformatics platform.
The integrated workflow is optimized for Element and Illumina sequencers and targets Whole Exome and Whole Transcriptome sequencing in U.S. labs.
Executives Majken Nielsen (Agilent) and Dr. Anupam J Das (BaseSolve) highlighted the partnership’s role in accelerating genomics research and simplifying data analysis.
