The Board meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 30th May 2026 at the company's Corporate Office located at 302, J-7 Signature Elite, Govind Marg, Narayan Singh Circle, Jaipur-302004, Rajasthan.
The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider, approve, and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for both the quarter and the year ended on 31st March 2026.
In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's internal Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration and public disclosure of the financial results on 30th May 2026. The trading window had been closed earlier as per standard procedure.
