Ai+ Smartphone announced an aggressive expansion of its after‑sales infrastructure in South India, intending to establish more than 100 additional authorised service centres across the region. This move builds on a current network of 106 authorised centres that operate in 74 cities spanning eight states and union territories in South India. The company highlighted that it has already sold over 2 million units nationwide and has accrued sales order value exceeding Rs 2,600 crore.

During the period from November 2025 to August 2026, the brand recorded close to 800 service requests originating from South Indian customers, and 60 % of these requests were resolved during the first technician visit, reflecting the effectiveness of its standardised processes, technician training, spare‑parts management and ongoing quality monitoring.

CEO Madhav Sheth, who also founded NxtQuantum Shift Technologies, emphasized that South India represents a significant growth opportunity. He noted that the company’s focus is not merely on expanding consumer reach but also on building long‑term trust through reliable ownership experiences and products that meet evolving consumer needs. Sheth pointed out that Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Telangana are the key markets driving this regional push.

The press release also disclosed that North India currently contributes 64 % of Ai+ Smartphone’s sales, underscoring the strategic intent to achieve geographic diversification and national scale. Looking ahead, Ai+ plans to broaden its smartphone and AIoT ecosystem, leveraging its portfolio that spans accessible to mid‑premium segments and its proprietary NxtQuantum OS – India’s first sovereign mobile operating system. The company’s broader ambition is to create a technology brand centred on what technology enables people to do, experience and achieve, rather than solely on device specifications.
