Aion-Tech Appoints Nagesh Madastu Chief Growth Officer

Mr. Nagesh Madastu was appointed as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) & Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company.
The appointment is effective from November 2, 2026.
The term of appointment shall be as mutually decided by the Board of Directors and Mr. Nagesh Madastu.
Mr. Madastu holds no shares in the company and has no relationships with other directors (disclosed as Nil).
He is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.

An accomplished enterprise sales and business leader with over 14 years of experience in building and scaling technology businesses.
Expertise spans cloud computing, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Artificial Intelligence (AI/GenAI), and digital transformation.
Holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Engineering (Hons.) from BITS Pilani.
Extensive experience in enterprise strategic sales, account management, business development, and go-to-market strategy.
Currently serving as Head of Cloud Engagement at Ankercloud Technologies India, where he leads enterprise sales, growth account management, and strategic cloud transformation initiatives.
Previously held leadership positions at Eficens Systems and Workmates CoreZ2Cloud, responsible for enterprise cloud sales, regional account management, and business pipeline development.
Co-founded Gadgetbaski, an online marketplace for refurbished and unboxed smartphones, where he led business development and operations.
Brings strong expertise in cloud migration and modernization, AI/GenAI technology sales, enterprise solutions, strategic partnerships, and commercial growth.
Achievements include building significant business pipelines, acquiring enterprise customers, driving multiple cloud transformation engagements, and receiving performance recognitions for sales and business growth.

The Board of Directors meeting was held on Friday, October 23, 2026.
