His appointment is effective 01 May 2026 for a three-year term ending 30 April 2029.
Mr. Chanakya brings over two decades of experience in strategy, corporate development, and fundraising.
The company confirmed his eligibility, stating he is not debarred from directorship by any SEBI order.
