Air India and Tata Communications have launched EasyRoam, an Air India-branded travel SIM offering international roaming services. This ancillary product is developed in partnership with Tata Communications and is available as both physical SIM and eSIM through a dedicated Air India-branded webpage.

- Initial Offer: EasyRoam SIM is available free of cost in the inaugural phase, but roaming pack charges apply
- Geographical Coverage: Currently available in 30 countries across North America, Europe (including UK), Australia, Asia Pacific, and Middle East
- Pricing: Roaming packs start from INR 241 (excluding taxes), with prices varying by destination and plan selected
- Complimentary Data: Customers purchasing data plans receive up to 1GB additional complimentary data (not applicable in Maldives and Mauritius)
- Future Expansion: Coverage will progressively expand to up to 190 countries total

- Data-only or voice + data connectivity options
- Ability to retain their number for up to one year at nominal cost
