Aisshpra Gems & Jewels Opens Four Showrooms, Aims for 30 Stores by 2028

Aisshpra Gems & Jewels, a jewellery retail brand founded in 1940, inaugurated four new showrooms on a single day across Bahraich, Bettiah, Lucknow and Mirzapur. With these openings, its store network increased from 16 to 20 outlets. The company has announced a target of operating 30 stores across Uttar Pradesh and Bihar by March 2028, which will further expand its total retail footprint beyond one lakh (100,000) square feet. Each of the newly opened showrooms occupies approximately 5,000 to 7,000 square feet.

The firm reported a business turnover of over Rs 3,000 crore and an annual growth rate of around 20 percent. It also highlighted that its current retail area exceeds one lakh square feet and that its operations support more than 4,000 direct and indirect jobs. To celebrate the launches, Aisshpra introduced special offers of up to 30 percent discount on making charges for gold jewellery and on diamond prices, subject to terms and conditions.

In addition to physical expansion, Aisshpra is diversifying its product portfolio through the launch of a lifestyle jewellery brand called ‘Jewel Story’. The brand targets Gen Z and young working professionals, offering gold, silver and natural diamond pieces in 9‑, 14‑ and 18‑karat gold. The collection focuses on lightweight, contemporary designs suitable for everyday wear, office wear and gifting. Currently, bridal jewellery accounts for roughly 30‑40 percent of the company’s total retail sales, and the new lifestyle line is intended to broaden the customer base beyond traditional and bridal segments.

The Bettiah showroom marks Aisshpra’s entry into the Bihar market, and the company is exploring further expansion in Bihar’s Siwan and Gopalganj districts. In Uttar Pradesh, two additional showrooms are planned for November.

Director Atul Saraf stated that customer trust, built since 1940, is the company’s biggest strength and that opening four showrooms in one day is a significant milestone. He noted a shift in consumer preference toward lightweight, contemporary designs for everyday wear. Director Anoop Saraf added that the Bihar entry is an important milestone and that the large‑format showrooms will combine traditional, bridal and lifestyle jewellery, offering a comprehensive shopping experience.
