Aistra announced acquisition of a controlling stake in Singapore‑based Veracity Services to broaden its AI‑augmented finance and accounting offerings.
Veracity Services currently serves over 20 clients across North America, Europe, Middle East and APAC, providing accounting, audit support and transaction management.
The combined entity will operate from nine locations including Mumbai, Pune, Dubai, London, New York, Singapore, Colombo, Brisbane and Melbourne.
Aistra’s CFO Sulakshana Patankar and Veracity’s director Arul Sivagananathan emphasized AI‑native solutions and measurable value for clients.
