Overview

Ajanta Pharma Limited submitted its Sustainability Report for FY 2025-26 (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026) to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The report was prepared pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and prepared with reference to Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards. This is a voluntary disclosure supplementing the mandatory Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR).
