Book Closure for AGM

• The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Thursday, July 23, 2026 to Wednesday, July 29, 2026 (both days inclusive)
• The closure is for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM)
• The AGM is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 17, 2026
• The cut-off date to ascertain eligibility of members for remote e-voting and polling at the AGM is Friday, July 17, 2026 (the date prior to commencement of book closure)
