Akme Fintrade (India) Limited has intimated the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited about an upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors scheduled for Saturday, October 10, 2026. The disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 29 and Regulation 50 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The primary agenda item for the board meeting is to consider and approve the issuance of Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed and Transferable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to INR 350 Crores (Indian Rupees Three Hundred and Fifty Crores Only). The issuance will be conducted on a private placement basis and may be executed in one or more tranches.

The board will also empower the company's Loan & Investment Committee to take all necessary actions in connection with the issuance of these NCDs, including execution of documents and completion of formalities.

Additionally, the company has notified that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Insider Trading Prohibition Code, the Trading Window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed for all Designated Persons. The closure will continue until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
