Alan Scott Enterprises Limited has appointed Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti as the Group Chief Mentor to the Board of Directors of the Company and its group companies. The appointment is for a period of three years, effective from July 24, 2026.
Mr. Haribhakti is described as one of India's most respected corporate governance professionals with distinguished contributions to board leadership, enterprise risk management, governance, sustainability and institution building over several decades.
As Group Chief Mentor, Mr. Haribhakti will provide strategic guidance to Alan Scott Enterprises Limited and its Group companies. His responsibilities include mentoring the Board, promoters and leadership teams in strengthening governance, enterprise risk management, internal controls and institutional best practices. He will conduct quarterly strategic and governance reviews across the Group and support the Company in building relationships with strategic partners, investors, industry leaders and exceptional talent.
The Alan Scott Group comprises 11 companies across four strategic verticals, building capabilities in Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Automation, Clean Technologies, Consumer Products, Education, Wellness, Agriculture and Immersive Digital Experiences.
