Alembic Ltd board to meet on 19th May 2026 to approve audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31st March 2026.
Board will also consider recommending a dividend on equity shares for FY 2025-26.
Trading window closure, effective since 1st April 2026, will reopen 48 hours after results declaration.
