Alfa Transformers Limited has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Ltd dated 27th May, 2026. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Nature of Contract
The contract involves the supply of 12,000 units of 11KV/0.433KV 3-phase 10 KVA (Aluminium Wound) CRGO/Amorphous Distribution Transformers under CPP Tender for the year 2026-27. This is a domestic order.

The total size of the order is ₹63 Crores.

DISCOM-wise Quantity Allocation
The total quantity of 12,000 units is allocated among four distribution companies as follows:
- MGVCL: 1,015 units
- DGVCL: 673 units
- UGVCL: 1,894 units
- PGVCL: 8,418 units
DGVCL has been designated as the nodal DISCOM responsible for approvals of pending type tests, pending BIS license, GTP, drawings, and common prototype sample on behalf of all DISCOMs. The supplier code allotted for TIN plate is 01.

The unit price breakdown is as follows:

Prices are on a price variation basis with the base date set as 01.11.2025 (tender bid opened on 10.12.2025).
Delivery Period
The delivery of the total allocated quantity must be completed within 7 months in equal monthly lots as decided by respective DISCOMs. This begins after a commencement period of 45 days from the date of receipt of individual Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from each DISCOM. Individual LOAs will be issued by each respective DISCOM.
Performance Guarantee
The company must pay an amount equivalent to 3% of the contract value (total end cost with GST) as a Performance Guarantee (Security Deposit) for satisfactory execution. This must be submitted within 15 days from the date of the LOA issued by respective DISCOMs. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the LOA at the company's risk and cost.
The supplier has the option to submit a single Bank Guarantee equivalent to the higher of two Bank Guarantees (Security Deposit and performance Guarantee), valid until completion of the Guarantee/Warranty period including additional time.
Agreement Execution
The company must execute an Agreement within 20 days from the date of the LOA issued by respective DISCOMs as per tender terms and conditions.
Additional Conditions
The company has accepted all general terms and conditions of the tender without any deviation. The company has also given consent for repairing failed distribution transformers as per Annexure-X of the tender. The company must complete supply of any pending orders from DISCOMs within two months from the date of this Master LOA.
