Alfavision Overseas (India) Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations providing an update on its proposed racecourse-themed luxury integrated township project. This follows the company's earlier letter dated 6th March, 2026 regarding the project development.
The project involves development on land situated at Village Saras, Ichhawar, District Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, pursuant to a term sheet executed with Della Resort & Adventure Private Limited. The development will comprise five-star hospitality, villas, resorts, wellness facilities, an adventure park, and other activities.
During the "Madhya Pradesh Urban Growth Conclave 2.0" held on 28th October, 2026, the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, met with Mr. Jimmy Mistry (Founder & Chairman and Managing Director – Della Townships (Della Group) and Chairman & Managing Director of Della Resort & Adventure Private Limited) and Mr. Vishnu Prasad Goyal (Chairman and Managing Director of Alfavision Overseas (India) Limited) to discuss the proposed investment and development.
The Department of Urban Development and Housing, Government of Madhya Pradesh, conveyed its assurance of support for the proposed Project. The project envisages development of an area of approximately 220 acres with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs. 2,250 crore. This support is subject to applicable approvals, permissions, statutory requirements, and other necessary formalities.
The proposed development comprises hospitality infrastructure, hotels, luxury villas, resorts, wellness facilities, adventure tourism facilities, and other allied developments. The project is expected to contribute towards tourism development, employment generation, and economic growth in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
The company committed to making further disclosures regarding material developments in the project, including execution of definitive agreements, receipt of approvals, commencement of development, and other material events, as and when applicable under SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
