Algoquant Fintech appointed Mr. Mohd. Intzar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective April 30, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors and is a Key Managerial Personnel role under the Companies Act.
Mr. Intzar is a qualified Company Secretary with a B.Com degree and experience in corporate governance and compliance.
