Board Meeting Details
A Meeting of Board of Directors will be held on Friday, 14th August, 2026 at the Registered Office of the company to consider:
- Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026
- Any other business with the permission of the chair
Trading Window Closure
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Insiders (as defined under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015) is closed from Wednesday, 01st July, 2026 for the purpose of consideration and approval of unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
The trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, when the information becomes generally available.
