• Alkem Medtech Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alkem Laboratories Limited in India, has completed the acquisition of at least 51% and up to 55% of the total issued equity share capital of Occlutech Holding AG
• Occlutech Holding AG is a company incorporated in Switzerland
• The acquisition was executed pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement
• As a result of this acquisition, Occlutech Holding AG will now be a step-down subsidiary of Alkem Laboratories Limited
