Alkem Medtech Executes Occlutech Acquisition Supplementary Agreement

This disclosure is in continuation of previous intimations dated:

These previous communications informed the Stock Exchanges that M/s. Alkem Medtech Private Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Alkem Laboratories Limited in India) intends to acquire between 51% and 55% of the total issued equity share capital of M/s. Occlutech Holding AG, a company incorporated in Switzerland.

Current Development

On 26th June, 2026, Alkem Medtech executed a First Supplementary Agreement to the Share Purchase Agreement dated 6th March, 2026. The agreement was executed with inter alia the selling shareholders of Occlutech.
