Required updates include: PAN, address with PIN code, mobile number, bank account details, specimen signature and nomination details
Effective November 18, 2025, dividend payments shall be processed only through electronic modes
For shares held in physical form, dividend payment shall be made only if the folio is KYC compliant and requisite details are registered with the RTA
Shareholders are encouraged to dematerialize physical shareholding
