Event Overview
All in Print China 2026, organized by the Printing Technology Association of China, the China Academy of Printing Technology and Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., will take place from 12 to 16 October 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). The exhibition is part of the drupa alliance and aims to connect the Chinese market with the global print and packaging community.
Scale and Participation
The fair will feature more than 1,100 exhibitors representing 15 countries, occupying 120,000 square metres of exhibition space. Organisers anticipate over 120,000 trade visitors arriving from more than 120 countries and regions. Confirmed international technology providers include Heidelberg, Bobst, Canon, Epson, HP, Kodak, Konica Minolta, Durst, Esko, SCREEN, Mimaki, RISO, Xeikon and Manroland Goss.
Thematic Exhibition Areas
The exhibition is divided into seven thematic zones: Digital Printing & Pre‑press, Comprehensive Printing, Packaging Printing & Post‑press Converting, Comprehensive Packaging, Label & Flexible Packaging & Materials & Fittings, Inks & Innovative Materials, and Innovative Digital & Intelligent Technologies. These zones will demonstrate how AI, automation and sustainable materials are being applied in practical production scenarios, from digital workflows to intelligent process control.
On‑Site Highlights
Among the on‑site events, Epson will host a New Solution Launch Ceremony, providing first‑hand insight into its latest technologies. The fair will also present more than 60 accompanying events, including the Asian Print Awards, the 2026 Shanghai Printing Forum, the International Forum on the Cooperative Development of the Sino‑European Printing and Packaging Industry, and an Indonesia Day dedicated to China‑Indonesia industry connections.
Business Networking
Business Matchmaking Events and international delegations will link exhibitors with qualified buyers from Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, complemented by visitor groups from key Chinese production regions. Additional programmes such as International Pavilion Premium Tours and the drupa Connect Hub will offer focused access to relevant technologies and applications.
