The 3rd Annual General Meeting of the Members of Allcargo Global Limited is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 3 p.m. (IST) through two-way Video Conferencing facility / Other Audio Visual Means. This virtual format is permitted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its General Circular No. 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025, which allows companies to conduct AGMs through VC/OAVM until further orders. The proceedings shall be deemed to be conducted at the Registered Office of the Company in Mumbai.

The company has engaged MUFG Intime India Private Limited as Registrar and Transfer Agent to provide remote e-voting facilities. The remote e-voting period commences at 9:00 a.m. (IST) on September 19, 2026, and ends at 5:00 p.m. (IST) on September 21, 2026. The cut-off date for determining voting rights is Tuesday, September 15, 2026, with voting rights being in proportion to members' share of the paid-up equity share capital as of this date.
Members may also vote during the AGM proceedings through the electronic voting system if they have not already voted remotely. Those who have voted remotely may attend the meeting but cannot vote again on the same resolutions.
