Alliance Integrated Metaliks Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange about its upcoming 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 12:30 PM (IST) through Video Conference ('VC')/Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM').
Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2026 to September 25, 2026 (both days inclusive).
For e-voting purposes, the company has fixed Friday, September 18, 2026 as the cut-off date to determine member eligibility to participate in voting. This is pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company will avail e-voting services from CDSL. The remote e-voting period will commence on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 09:00 AM IST and end on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 05:00 PM IST.
